Bruh… How You Call Us Savages When YOU Wrote a Whole Book About Cooking Nat Turner?! The American Hypocrisy Files

Updated: Feb 4

A historical examination of racist dehumanization narratives and the contradictory violence of white supremacist ideology

Bruh… look. I tried to be quiet today. I really did. I sat down. Drank a little water. Tried to be peaceful. Told myself, “Griff… chill. Just enjoy the sunlight.”But then my brain said, “NAH FAM — remember that wild story about Nat Turner?”

And suddenly my peace packed its bags and LEFT.

‘Cause bruh…How racist ideology gon’ call Black men “violent savages”…when THEY the ones who, according to documented accounts from the 1800s, cut up Nat Turner’s corpse and treated it like they was at a cookout from the pit of hell?

Nah, we talking about it today.

We REALLY talking about it today.

The Same System Calling Us “Savages” Literally Documented Its Own Barbarism

Let me set the scene real quick:

Nat Turner led the most famous rebellion in American slavery history.

He got caught.

He got executed.

And then…after his death…

Multiple 19th-century reports, including abolitionist writings, newspapers, and eyewitness claims described white supremacist participants mutilating his body, eating pieces of him, distributing pieces as souvenirs, and bragging about their actions.

And bruh… if THAT ain’t barbarism, I don’t know what is.

We’re talking about men who wore church suits, prayed on Sunday, and then turned around and treated a dead Black man’s body like tasty morsels, trophies, relics, artifacts, collectibles.

But they call US savages?

Make. That. Make. Sense.

American racist ideology has ALWAYS projected its own violence onto Black folks.

ALWAYS.

From day one.

It’s like evil looked in the mirror, got scared, and said:

“Nope. I’m gonna blame THEM for being ME.”

And THEN They Wrote About It… With PRIDE

Bruh… this the part that fries my whole brain.

It wasn’t enough that participants mutilated Nat Turner’s body after death.

Nope.

Somebody among them — a man who fully embraced white supremacist ideology — allegedly sat down, pulled out his pen, straightened his jacket, and started WRITING about the gruesome treatment of Turner’s remains like it was a family recipe passed down for Thanksgiving.

And he ain’t write a paragraph.

He ain’t write a footnote.

He ain’t write a diary entry.

He. Wrote. A BOOK. “THE DELECTABLE NAT TURNER.”

A text referenced in abolitionist reports and 19th-century collections of white supremacist writings.

Who sits down after participating in brutality and says,

“Mm-hmm… yeah… let me document this mess for posterity”?

Bruh… who does that?!

A savage?

A barbarian?

A violent man?

No.

A white supremacist system that LOVED its violence and wanted to preserve it like jam in a jar.

Ain’t no Black folks writing cookbooks about human beings.
Ain’t no Africans publishing memoirs about seasoning somebody’s femur.
Ain’t no Haitians, Jamaicans, Cubans, Nigerians, Brazilians, or Afro-anything making “recipe books” about violence.

But White supremacists?

Racist ideology was out here bragging on paper.

Yet somehow…THEY get to call US savages?

Bruh…

Every February We Celebrate Black Excellence… and Racist Ideology Remembers Black Flesh

Let me paint the picture:

Every February, Black folks come together to honor legacy — doctors, inventors, poets, warriors, freedom fighters, educators, thinkers, creators, spiritual leaders, builders.

We gathering in schools, churches, libraries, community centers — honoring the brilliance, beauty, and resilience of our people.

Meanwhile…

White supremacist ideology, the SAME ideology that cannibalized Nat Turner, been passing down stories about its own violence like it was a holiday tradition.

Imagine THAT.

On one side:

Black kids learning about George Washington Carver, Madam CJ Walker, Malcolm, Fannie Lou Hamer, Katherine Johnson.

On the other side:

White supremacist descendants keeping alive stories about “what their great-granddaddy did to Nat Turner.”

Bruh… it’s demonic.

Straight up.

And the wild thing?

Society don’t question THEM.

Society questions US.

The Hypocrisy So Loud You Can Hear It Over Every Lie Ever Told

Let me say this with my whole chest:

Ain’t never, not EVER, been a time in American history where Black folks were known for cannibalism.

Not one century.

Not one decade.

Not one year.

Not one neighborhood.

Not one culture.

Not one tradition.

But when you look at American crimes, American news reports, American courts, American horror movies, and American folklore…who do you see represented in the cannibal stories?

WHO?

Bruh… it ain’t us.

And yet racist ideology STILL points at Black men and says, “You’re violent. You’re dangerous. You’re savage.”

Meanwhile the ideology itself been committing violence so grotesque it makes horror movies look like bedtime stories.

The contradiction so loud it sound like a marching band.

Projection: The Oldest Trick in the Racist Playbook

This part right here?

This the psychology.

Racist ideology projects.

Always has.

Everything it does, it accuses US of doing.

It enslaved — called US lazy.

It raped — called US hypersexual.

It stole — called US criminals.

It terrorized — called US violent.

It cannibalized human remains (as documented in accounts regarding Nat Turner’s body) — called US savages.

Bruh… this is spiritual gaslighting.Racial deflection.Historical inversion.A whole demonic magic trick.

You accuse the victim of your own sin, and the world believes YOU.

Because power plus propaganda equals people swallowing lies like medicine.

AND NOW… THE REAL QUESTION

Let me ask YOU this, Hugo — and let the world chew on it slow:

How does a racist system get away with calling Black men “violent savages”…while its OWN "celebrated" historical behavior, brutality, torture, mutilation, cannibalism, boasting, reveals a level of violence that Black communities have NEVER practiced?

How does a system build an empire on brutality…but turn around and call the oppressed barbaric?

How does a lie get so big…the world believes it over the truth that’s been standing here the whole time?

Think about that very slow, bruh.

Very slow.
